Customer Service PolicyIt is the policy of APN Educational Media and Smart Start to process and ship orders within 72 hours of receipt of order. When ordering products and hard copy of Smart Start, delays may occur if stock is in short supply and in such case, the customer will be notified by mail, fax or e-mail. We will always contact the customer within 24 to 48 hours by phone or email if there are any delays with filling an order and provide information on expected date of shipping. Customers can also check the status of an order by contacting us. If we are experiencing delays in filling an order and our customer is unhappy and/or inconvenienced, we will accept cancellation of the order and refund all moneys in relation to this order by reimbursing the customers’ credit card or by return cheque within 1 week of receiving such a request. If any products have been discontinued and we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform the customer by phone or email within 24 to 48 hours and refund all moneys in relation to this order by reimbursing the credit card or by return cheque. When paying by cheque, customers should allow three to seven (3-7) days after receipt for the cheque to clear. Shipping and PackagingMost orders are mailed via Australia Post. In some cases we may use couriers for deliveries. We pack all orders with the utmost care to ensure safe shipping. Please allow for extra delivery time for orders in states outside NSW and for orders outside Australia. Transaction CurrencyAll prices quoted are in Australian Dollars, and include GST where required. Shipping Charges – Within AustraliaA postage and handling charge is included in the subscription price of Smart Start and is be made by credit card. |
